I had a very good expe­ri­ence with Prok­schi Immo­bi­lien. My cont­act per­son was Ms. San­dra Längst. And as we were buy­ing pro­perty first time in Ger­many, Ms. Längst kept ever­y­thing trans­pa­rent and explai­ned ever­y­thing in the best pos­si­ble detail. She even went an extra mile for us, in case of our lan­guage requi­re­ments. She even asked the Notary to explain us the con­tract in Eng­lish. And she took a lot of efforts to make us under­stand and also try to have a fair price and genuine dis­cus­sions. She was always approacha­ble and also hel­ped us some­ti­mes in our con­ver­sa­ti­ons with our bank. She always met us with a happy and jolly mood. We felt quite lucky to do busi­ness with her and we hope to keep the rela­ti­onship going also for future pro­jects. I can highly recom­mend her.
